Shipping, Returns + Plastic-Free Packaging

Shipping

Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be dispatched from our studio within 1-3 working days. 

Packages within Australia will be sent through Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number via the email address you provided, as soon as your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage. 

Exchanges

Muckware offers 30 day EXCHANGES. It is important to me that you love the pieces you chose.

• Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.

• Pieces that have been clearly used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• The full amount of the exchanged goods will need to be used at the same time of exchange.

• If the customer would like to exchange a product, please contact info@muckware.com with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

• Muckware offers Postage Insurance with all orders, so if anything is damaged in the mail you don’t have to worry it will be replace for you.

• If the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Muckware know within three days of delivery.

• Every item posted by Muckware is packaged securely with care, with the intention the customer with receive their beautiful pieces just as the picture shows.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Once the goods are returned to Ochre in the original and unused condition, a quality check will be made before processing a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks for the customer to see the refund in their account.

Plastic-free Packaging

Muckware is plastic free! All our packaging is either 100% recyclable, biodegradable or compostable. From our recycled business cards, 100% biodegradable packing peanuts to our Geami honeycomb bubble wrap and sustainably made soy-based ink stickers. Please reuse the packaging from your order or recycle/compost appropriately.
